Cilj raziskave je bil raziskati vpliv informacijsko-komunikacijskih tehnologij na organizacijsko učenje in uspešnost poslovanja slovenskih podjetij ter predstaviti in preizkusiti model izboljšanja uspešnosti poslovanja na podlagi vpliva kulture organizacijskega učenja (KOU). Elementi procesa organizacijskega učenja, ki so bili uporabljeni so: pridobivanje informacij, interpretacija informacij ter zaznavne in vedenjske spremembe. Znotraj teoretičnega okvira konkurenčnih vrednot KOU pokriva nekatere vidike vseh tipov organizacijskih kultur: timske, razvojne, hierarhične in racionalne. Zbrani podatki so pridobljeni iz 220 slovenskih podjetij, ki zaposlujejo več kot 100 ljudi.
The aim of this research was examine the influence of information and communication technologies on organizational learning and organizational performance and also to present and test a model of organizational performance improvement based on the impact of organizational learning culture (OLC). The elements of an organizational learning process that were used are information acquisition, information interpretation, and behavioral and cognitive changes. Within the competing values framework OLC covers some aspects of all four different types of cultures: group, developmental, hierarchical, and rational. For this purpose data from 220 Slovenian enterprises employing more than 100 people were used.
