left arm of chr19 sequencing, UV-induced mutation frequency in Olrev3l deficient cells

Rev3L is responsible for induction of point mutation at sites of DNA damage. Consistent with this, a reduction in the induced mutation frequency in rev3l-deficient cells has been reported several organisms .Hence , we compared the UV-induced mutation frequency between rev3l mutant and wild-type cells. After UV irradiation of cells at a dose yielding a 5% survival rate.
