The following Python scripts are used for automatic image classification of radiolarians or more specifically from closely related species of the genus Podocyrtis by using the MobileNet version 1 convolutional neural network (CNN) by Carlsson et al., 2022.

The first file consists of a script that rotate images into the same angle and resize them into an equal size. The second file consist of a prediction script and the third one a MobileNet version 1 CNN script for training an image dataset.
