Transcriptomic analysis of interleukin 22 deficient medaka against DSS exposure

In this study, interleukin (IL)-22 knockout (KO) medaka was established using genome editing system, CRISPR-Cas9. Furthermore, to explore roles of IL-22 when experimental inflammation induced, larval KO medaka were exposured to Dextran sulfate sodium (DSS) containing water and RNA-seq was performed.
