The text file corresponds to the search query capturing the main human nutrition research theme on grain-legumes (both soya and pulses, see Species Grain-Legumes WoS dataset) to be applied on the WoS (Web of Knowledge). This search query is restricted to the main types of scientific literature documents, namely the types: article, book, book chapter, and review. This translated into the query DT = ("Article" OR "Book" OR "Book Chapter" OR "Review"); the time range selected is 1980-2018 (PY = "1980-2018"). Nutrition theme refers to various nutrition subjects for humans including health. UT file corresponds to the results of this search query (UT refers to a WoS unique identifier for each record retrieved) after a post-processing step which eliminated the records captured by the Wos KeyWord Plus : ie, the UT file correspond to records containing terms of the search query only in title, abstract, and (regular) keywords.
