Single isolates from an undergraduate microbiology laboratory class at Marquette University (BIOL4802). In this class, students think of a question about a particular environment and go sample the microbes from that environment. We isolate a single colony and conduct experiments on those isolates throughout the semester. Data deposited here are genomic sequences of the collected isolates.
