European Food Science and Technology on pulses : a bibliometric dataset (1980-2018)

A bibliometric corpus retrieved from the Web of Knowledge (WoS), dealing with main topics of the Food Science and Technology field, and on pulses (18 species and varieties of pulses cultivated in temperate climates considered). The corpus gathers records such as articles, book, book chapters, and reviews, written by at least one author located in a European country (from UE28).
