Maize landraces from South-West France genotyping dataset

This dataset corresponds to the genotypic data associated with the study: " Genetic diversity of maize landraces from the South-West of France " by Diaw et al. (2021). The data includes genotypic information for the 194 maize landraces from South-West France obtained with the 50K Illumina Infinium HD array (Ganal et al., 2010). The allelic frequencies were predicted from DNA bulks using the two step approach published by Arca et al. (2020) in Frontiers in Plant Science.
