File description: - phenotyping_data_greenhouse_Acar et al 2023-corrected.ods : Automated phenotyping data of Dioscorea sansibarensis in greenhouse conditions. Data from apoymbiotic plants were collected alongside symbiotic and inoculated plants at the TPMP high-throughput phenotyping facility in Toulous, France. Colorimetric data extracted from segmented image analysis with the IPSO_PHEN software. See Readme.txt for details.

phenotyping_data_gnotobiotic_Acar_et al 2023-corrected : Dioscorea sansibarensis symbiotic and aposymbiotic plants were grown in sterile containers. Phenotyping data was collected at the end of the experiment. See Readme.txt for details.
