A dataset of food supplies and preferences of French university students

This dataset includes data on food supplies (including food names and categories, supply locations, and prices) and hedonic scores, collected with a sample of French university students, during one month. The hedonic scores are cross-referenced with various databases to contrast food preferences based on supply locations, consumption frequencies, and the nutritional, environmental, economic, and sensory properties of the foods.
