We propose here a dataset of paired hyperspectral images. The set consists of three hyperspectral images that were part of the PhD thesis of F. Allouche. Mid-Infrared, Raman and deep UV autofluorescence images were acquired using different microspectrophotometers for a vascular bundle in a maize stem, taken as a plant model. The spatial resolution differed between the three techniques requiring specific development for pairing and analysing the data while preserving the full resolution. The data tables are proposed after pairing under the form of 2-ways and 3-ways matrices as described in Allouche et al. (2012). The data are shared with the aim to test and compare fusion, multiblock or multisets algorithms developed within different scientific communities.
