Data from Propionibacterium freudenreichii CIRM-BIA 129 osmoadaptation coupled to acid-adaptation increases its viability during freeze-drying

Propionibacterium freudenreichii CIRM-BIA 129 osmoadaptation and osmoadaptation coupled to acid adaptation were studied thanks to proteomics. Bacteria were harvested at the begining of stationary phase. Protein trypsin digestion were performed in solution.The data set contains 45 files of NanoLC-MS/MS analysis, acquired on a Qexactive mass spectrometer.Design: 3 classes (control:"YEL", osmoadaptated: "NaCl" and osmoadapted coupled to acid adaptation: "pH=5"), 5 biological replicates. All samples were injected 3 times
